As a Performance Application Engineer, you will own the process performance and optimization of our automation solutions. You will lead the definition and execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and human-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to ensure systems meet rigorous cycle time and reliability standards. Own end-to-end process improvement and cycle time optimization for robotic cells. Define and drive the strategy for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Define test blueprints for Intelligent Factory (IF) Cell and Line Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) tests. Actively perform and oversee HITL tests to validate system performance prior to deployment. Skills you will need to be successful: Bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical background in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Foundational understanding of industrial automation with a strong desire to learn, and contribute to their application in manufacturing environments. Programming proficiency with C++ and/or Python. Experience with data visualization tools or performance analysis tools.
